COURSE REGISTRATION: . Performance Based Navigation - GNSS, RNAV, RNP

This course will give you a good background to GNSS theory and operational procedures for GNSS Approaches.
 
 
The course consists of three parts. The first discusses Performance Based Navigation, the second covers the background and theory of Satellite Navigation.
 
The third part is an introductory guide to GNSS Approaches using specific GNSS navigation systems, either: 
  • The Boeing 737 NG Smiths Flight Management System,
  • The Bendix KLN 92 GPS Unit, 
  • The Rockwell Collins ProLine 21/FMS 3000 System, or
  • The Garmin 430
Prior to conducting GNSS Approaches pilots must complete a flight test and obtain an endorsement in their Log Book.
